Termination of Membership

(a) Death

(b) Written Resignation

Upon receipt by the Board of Directors of a written resignation from the meber concerned: Provided that all outstanding fees shall nevertheless be due and payable by the member concerned. Membership shall be terminated at the end of the financial year for which the member concerned has paid his / her annual dues.

(c) Unpaid Membership Fees

The membership of any meber, who has not paid his /her annual dues within 6 months of the account being rendered , shall be terminated.

(d) Disciplinary Action

The Board of Directors shall be entitled to demand the resignation of a member who acts against the interest or to the discredit of the Society, and in the event of such resignation not being recieved within the period of 21 days, to terminate such members membership: Provided that the member concerned shall be afforded the opportunity to defend himself/herself, and provided further that such member shall heve the right to appeal against the decision of the Board of Directors before the General Meeting of mebers if the Secretary of the Society is given notice of such appeal within a period of 21 days after the termination of such members membership.
